CARTE BLANCHE
‘CARTE BLANCHE’ (2022) explores freedom and the reconnection between the world and humanity, and vice versa, after what feels like the longest time detached from the outside. It touches upon the cathartic connection between ourselves, each other, and our surroundings, and documents how we behave in the public sphere.
Alicia Fretter shot this project with her friends after COVID restrictions were lifted in the UK. and aims to transport the viewer into a peaceful, tranquil location. “A moment to breathe”.
